These codes appear on Miele capsule models, for example CVA 26xx/36xx. A coffee capsule has jammed because it was not pushed onto the capsule plate correctly and may be damaged.
First attempt
Confirm the fault message with OK and open the appliance door.
Remove the grounds container, empty it and reinsert it.
Remove the carousel runners, reinsert them and close the door.
If the fault persists
Open the door. On CVA 26xx/36xx with a main switch in the appliance there is a risk of injury, so press the main switch on the top left to disconnect the machine from the mains. Remove the grounds container, the carousel runners and the capsule plate. Check the opening to the right of the capsule plate insert for a jammed capsule.
If none is there, the capsule has probably jammed in the brew unit. Do not reach into the brew unit. Use only a wooden spoon handle or similar to remove the capsule from the upper area. Then replace the capsule plate, the carousel runners and the capsule carousel, switch the main switch back on, and close the door.
