Diagnostic visit fees
If a diagnostic or trip fee applies and the visit is completed, that fee is generally non-refundable because technician time and travel have already been provided. Any waiver is confirmed in writing with your estimate.
One clear policy for refunds, parts returns, and cancelling or rescheduling a service appointment.
This policy covers diagnostic and repair payments, OEM parts returns, and how to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Workmanship concerns for completed repairs are handled under our Warranty Policy.

If you decline the repair after diagnosis, you are not charged for unapproved parts or labor. Only agreed diagnostic or trip charges (if any) remain due.
Deposits to order original manufacturer parts may be refundable before parts ship, subject to supplier rules. Once ordered, shipped, or specially procured, deposits may be non-refundable. Charges for completed, approved repair work and installed parts are not refundable simply because you later choose a different solution.
If we cannot complete an approved repair due to our scheduling or parts failure on our side, we will refund prepaid amounts for work not performed, minus any non-refundable supplier costs already incurred and disclosed to you. Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible.
Parts that have been installed, energized, or exposed to appliance use generally cannot be returned. Unopened, unused parts in original packaging may be eligible only when the supplier accepts them and the part was not specially ordered as non-returnable. Restocking fees may apply.
If we supplied an incorrect or defective part before installation, we will arrange a replacement at no extra parts cost to you. Contact us with your job and part details before shipping anything back — unauthorized returns may be refused.
Cancel or reschedule by phone or through the contact details on this site. Include your name, address, and appointment window. We prefer rescheduling when plans change and will offer the next available window when we can.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations with less notice, or after a technician is en route, may incur a disclosed trip or late-cancellation fee. Missed appointment windows may be treated as no-shows and billed any applicable trip fee.
To request a refund or parts return, contact us with your name, service address, appointment date, and payment or part reference. We review each request against this policy and respond with the outcome.
