Soak procedure

Take care: hot water can scald, so do not use water above 75 °C.

  1. Remove the lower spray arm.
  2. Remove the filter combination.
  3. Pour 1 litre of warm water with 3 to 5 drops of rinse aid into the interior and leave it for 5 minutes.
  4. Refit the filter combination and the lower spray arm, with the filter combination flat in the base of the wash cabinet.
  5. Start the programme again and repeat 2 to 3 times.

If F78 remains

Switch the dishwasher off, wait a few seconds, switch it on, select the programme and press Start/Stop. If the message appears again, the operating instructions call it a technical fault: switch off, close the stopcock and call Miele service.
