Error codeF600
ApplianceDishwasher
Quick answer
F600 is an AutoDos dispensing outlet fault. The drain pump runs and the wash programme is cancelled.
Model compatibility
Miele reuses codes across series and model years, so F600 may mean something different on another appliance or generation. Confirm this against your model’s documentation and record your full model number before acting.
Plain language
What thiscode means
AutoDos system blocked; programme cancelled.
F600 on a Miele dishwasher is an AutoDos dispensing process outlet fault: the AutoDos system is blocked. Once the fault is registered, the drain pump starts running and the wash programme is cancelled immediately. The fault shows on the display or via the LEDs, and the buzzer sequence repeats 4 times.
Restart behaviour
If you switch the dishwasher off and on again, a check runs at once to see whether the fault is still there. If it is, F600 is shown again and the appliance cannot be restarted.
Cleaning the lower spray arm
Switch the dishwasher off.
Remove the lower basket.
Turn the screw thread of the lower spray arm anti-clockwise, seen from above, and pull the arm upwards.
Push food particles stuck in the nozzles back into the spray arm with a pointed object.
Rinse the arm thoroughly under running water.
Refit it, keeping the filter combination flat in the base of the wash cabinet, and turn the thread clockwise until the arrow in the viewing window points to the lock symbol.
Check that the arm rotates freely.
Cleaning the AutoDos area
Turn the AutoDos lid to Door Lock Open and open it, then remove the PowerDisk. Depending on the model, the machine has AutoDos 1.0 or AutoDos 2.0. No moisture may get inside the AutoDos system while cleaning. Dry the area and reinsert a full PowerDisk.
